
Proposal for improving the User Experience of onboarding and offboarding Facebook.
Goals of the exercise:
— Present the proposal in two resolutions (mobile + tablet);
— Present a proposal where you improve the onboarding and offboarding experience of a media company
After conducting usability tests, surveys, and interviews, we identified the users' pain points and frustrations. The primary focus was to improve the app's offboarding process, as users encountered more difficulties with this than with onboarding. To address this, we simplified the process by reducing the steps and placing the 'delete account' button in a more intuitive and accessible location.
